YOUR STORY. YOUR AUDIENCE. YOUR CALL.
A branded link.
The right access.
A recognizable link helps recipients trust what they are opening. Access settings decide who can view it. Shareadeck combines branded presentation destinations with optional access controls.

Four access choices, four different meanings.
| Option | What it means |
|---|---|
| Open link | Anyone who receives the link can open it. A link alone does not identify the viewer, and an open link is not automatically a search listing. |
| Password | People with the shared password can enter. A password does not restrict access to a named individual or prove who is viewing. |
| Email collection | A visitor provides an email address. Collection alone does not verify ownership of that address. |
| Verified-email invitation | Access checks control of the invited inbox. It establishes the email-access condition, not every aspect of a person’s identity. |
Personalization is optional.
A welcome such as “Prepared for Alex” can make a presentation feel considered. It is a presentation choice, not proof that Alex is the person opening the link. Shareadeck’s optional client versions and recipient-specific links are separate from its access controls.
Choose the version deliberately when updating a deck. A revised master and a tailored client version may need different content, even when both use a stable sharing link.
Understand engagement without guessing identity.
Viewer and interaction analytics show which sections attract attention and what people explore. Anonymous visits must remain anonymous unless a genuine identification step establishes more.
A branded portal does not, by itself, secure files. Access settings matter for the presentation and its underlying assets. Choose the setting that fits the information you are sharing. The interactive examples use sample data.
Before sharing a confidential presentation
- Choose the access control that fits your audience and presentation.
- Review who can open the link and whether it may be forwarded.
- Check what recipient data is collected and how it will be used.
- Do not use an illustrative demo as a secure home for confidential decks.
